  • Build a strong evidence base of the festivals’ social impact and economic values. 
  • Provide strategic advice and support to those seeking to grow the sector.

 

This is what we don’t do

1. Represent festivals outside the arts and cultural sectors.

2. Represent, compete with, or negotiate on behalf of, individual member festivals.

3. Serve as a public portal for the festivals. They have their own direct face to the community.

4. Compete with the festivals for funding. Agreed pilot and seed project funding may be sought.

5. Provide data or information for individual festivals.
