Strategic Priorities

 

  • Implement “best practice” in economic, social and cultural impact research across all festivals to re-affirm the contribution of the festivals to South Australia’s economy and reputation;
  • Promote the festivals’ advantage to government, businesses and the people of South Australia;
  • Represent the collective strength of the festivals to increase their competitive edge, their presence in the national and international marketplace, and their ability to draw greater audiences from interstate and overseas;
  • Lead the development of a sustainable environmental framework and triple bottom line management for the arts community of South Australia;
  • Provide opportunities for professional development, knowledge and resource sharing, and develop training and internship programmes with national universities and TAFE;
  • Foster collaborative programming opportunities, R&D, and innovation;
  • Collaborate with government to attract more people into Adelaide’s city centre
