OzAsia Festival

OzAsia Festival is Australia’s leading international arts festival entirely dedicated to engagement with Asia.

Presented by Adelaide Festival Centre in Spring each year, OzAsia Festival features contemporary dance, theatre, music, film, visual arts, community and food events, discussions, and the spectacular Moon Lantern Festival – a free community and family event in Elder Park that culminates in the breathtaking lantern parade at sunset, which is the largest lantern parade held in Australia.

The current Festival Director is Joseph Mitchell. In 2016 the Festival will celebrate it’s 10th year. Over the years the Festival has put the spotlight on particular regions of Asia, including Korea, Japan, Malaysia, India, and China.
